1. Free Introductory Session

A relaxed, no-commitment conversation to understand your needs and determine if we’re the right fit.

2. Tailored Program

Choose from a 3-month program (or longer) depending on the areas you want to focus on. Every program includes:

  • Six 90-minute sessions.
  • Optional psychometric assessments.
  • Personalised exercises and progress tracking.

3. Sustainable Growth

As we track your progress, we’ll adjust goals and strategies to ensure lasting transformation. Many clients begin with 3 months, then revisit coaching as needed to maintain momentum.

Pricing:

A 3-month program is £4,000, which includes all of the above.

(Most sessions are conducted online via MS Teams or Zoom for convenience.)
